I wish you good luck with this issue but it strikes me why you would need a loan of such a small amount of money. I assume you live in a third world country where $5 is a relatively significant amount.

I was thinking that if you told me why I might even make you the loan, but seeing that you have applied for similar loans in the past, unsuccessfully, and that you are a gambler, I'm just gonna pass.

it all seems to me that you are actually a gambler and that you need money to gamble. you even offered an account on stake.com as collateral.
Here's to saving you time. you will never get a loan, certainly not without valid collateral even if you try with small amounts or lie that you need to treat a child ^{this is a very miserable attempt to provoke empathy} So, stop doing it, better find a regular source of income.
