As I've written in the past to somebody who got scammed of some 2000 EUR there:

Did you do some basic research about this website before playing so much money there? No? Why?!
Unfortunately you're not the first one with problems there. And, since people never learn, you'll probably not be the last one either.
All I can tell is that I'm sorry for you. Quite a costly lesson.

I am sure that from now on you'll look more carefully and use the services of websites with much better reputation.

All the information is already there. The related accounts are tagged as scammers.
If you want help in getting your money back, then you have to ask the police, really.

You were never scammed doesn’t necessarily mean you won't be scammed in the future. I have been following 1xbit in the forum for quite a long time & if I'm correct with my assumption, it holds records of the most confiscating users fund with different scummy and tricky ways.
If you have ever looked at their profile, I believe you would never consider the casino as trustworthy.

I wouldn't be surprised if they had different intentions. Like, pretend there was an issue that was resolved ASAP so that 1xbit earns some fake praises in the scam accusations board but let me give them a benefit of doubt.

With the way I have seen users suffer at trying to get their issues resolved with some losing the money, their winning and getting back only the deposits if they are lucky. I wonder what makes OP feel so optimistic?

There’s already a warning that this site is a scam and someone already raise this concern before.
2 years of playing with them despite of the accusation? Now you experience the same thing.

I’m just curious if this accusation is legit or just trying to make 1xBit on a good side if they resolve your problem. Any link to confirm this accusation?

have you asked their support regarding the issue you are currently experiencing? that should be the first thing you do. have you received an email from them? when they ban a gambler, they usually receive an email about it. also, you should really check the link to a thread NeuroticFish shared.

this was the first thing I asked myself when I read what OP wrote, he doesn't seem to be desperate, he is optimistic in a situation where he should be desperate. the strangest thing is that he is confident that his problem will be solved, or he never did research on this site or he was paid to come post and then the scam site solves the problem and people think they are really solving the problems, as they have been insisting that the people complaining in their thread are spammers who cheated and got caught, so when solving OP case this theory would be more defended

Usually, scam victims adjust the title to what actually happened so that it will get more attention, for example "scammed me", "stolen my money". Or is this just another attempt to add to the collection of claims that the company has resolved some customer issues to counter some cases that were never resolved?

A newbie account, claims to have a problem with the casino, but without providing any evidence. However, has high hopes for this casino?!

I'm sure that he will return in a few days to say that his problem has been solved to his satisfaction. Again, without a shred of evidence.
Not surprising. We've seen this type of shilling tactic for a scam casino before. Sparky90 even paid for a copper membership in order to post ready-made screenshots. Very convincing, indeed.

Your topic is not new to all of us here, and we believe you have been scammed but still, you need to provide us proofs that you have been scammed, unfortunately, no one here can help you it's better to reach out to people who have the same experience like you and cooperate with each other to prosecute 1XBIT, they will continue to scam people and the people who they scam have a chance to stop these scammers because you have all the proofs.
