I spoken with someone yesterday who is absaloutely expert in financial banking and investment.

He said the coming rate hikes will take liquityity out of the markets.
Now everybody think if no money everything will be crashing down but its not.
They want to force the etf -s before the markets will be out of liquitity.
Also as if market fall down it cost money to pay short positions but if there will be decrease of money supply shorts will not get funded.
But they cant just to not pay for shorts they have force fast spot etf to make pdices stable and no volatility.
So the spot ETF will make the bitcoin stable currency.

What is the one of the main questions here ?
The main question will be on what price they will approve bitcoin spot etf so the btc stays stable.

Who might know about ?
Well its clear that answrews knows wall street kind of peo p le
One of the biggest market movers BAKKT ICE Kelly loefer
Adam white , grayscal , micheal sonnereshen, jack dorsey,
Micheal saylor Gerry Gansler, steven Mnucin the Sec guy.
And other wall streeters pompliano and kevin o-lery
All those kind of people knows and would be intetested to watch they speak specially spot etf-s

Also if btc becomes stable what happens with retail future traders ? They lose their jobs the wall street should compensate to them if they dont give notice early enough to retail traders about making btc stable.

I don't think ypive made as much sense as you'd like here.

Stability is subjective, stable to what? It won't become stable enough to knock out futures traders. Even if it got backed by the dollar, it wouldn't be backed by the euro so there's still a pair to trade it against.

The "an etf will be approved when rich people feel like they can control that commodity" has been a long stated concern with bitcoin, they've been severely unsuccessful with doing that with almost every asset so far though so I wouldn't have it as much of a concern - someone normally gets greedy, tips things out of balance and then you get volatility all over again.
