Right now I am only aware of the internet computer and Arweave. Are there others? I think ICP has everything a web developer needs to host a website, does anything else compare?
Well, I don't know much about how the platform works, and how it behaves within the underlying level but having guidelines to set up the website is pretty much the standard. Skynet does also have the documentation for the developers:
