I doubt it's legitimacy if there is as most VCC provider ask personal information (KYC).

Most of these services that provides "VCC" without Kyc tends to be a scam, so i will not risk my money to such kind of service unless you're willing to take the risk.

Virtual debit card providers that provide service without KYC will just be either:

1. a scam
2. will be forced to require KYC once it gets the attention of the authorities

I didn't find a crypto debit card that doesn't have KYC alone but there's a thread that offers their service of Anonymous crypto loadable bitcoin debit card - No KYC - Private Card Services and it might his service is good because he gained from trusted users here.  They worked with an escrow and maybe that's why they dont need to have KYC, I don't know how it will work and maybe the best is to contact them and read first their thread.

Other than that must be a scam.

You can check Paywithmoon but the problem it's not working on Amazon it was already being discussed here on the forum here below

The good thing is it's instant and once you deposited any supported crypto in your Paywithmoon wallet you can able to use their VCC.

Take note never tested them but there are some people who already use this on youtube. I'm also interested in using it and waiting for someone here on the forum to test it.

With such specifications, you mean a gift card, because it is the only way that work as crypto card without identity verification.
You can obtain debit/crypto cards that do not require KYC but until certain restrictions/limits, they will not work for all services, "especially the famous ones", and you may request KYC after that limits.

Don't try to believe those cards that give open borders and don't ask for identity verification because it's scam.

The last time the member was online was almost a month ago, and since most of the cards came from Russian and Belarusian banks, it is not difficult to conclude what is happening. It is not true that these are some anonymous cards because it is about people buying cards that are linked to real accounts of people who open them in banks - in other words, you buy a card issued in the name of some poor man who sells his identity for a few hundred euros per year.
