Someone to install CS:GO Server plugin/mods

looking to hire an individual who is able to use our nfoservers dedicated server and admin panel to create a few CSGO servers for us with all plugins.

We currently need to have the following Counter Strike global offensive servers installed:

1) CSGO Hunger Games server
2) CSGO Surf Timer server
3) CSGO 1v1 arenas

should work exactly like it when project is done with minor changes
needs raffle and jackpot system
you need to know how steam api works..(thats how people login)

deposit csgo skins and is converted to point/credit into your balance depending on the price from http://csgo.steamanalyst.com/
use your balance to bet
after _ seconds a winner in the current round is chosen by a random hash. to withdraw you pick a item from the market in exchange of your balance and the steam bot will automatically send the item.

raffle-
user pick slots + timer option
must have website name in name
automatically pick/give winner credit/points instead of items
simple add/delete panel

i also would like
-add credit/points to any user button/panel
- chat box (steam id)
