Cashgold started as an e-currency exchanger in 2013 supporting immediately Bitcoin and other crypto currencies. We are dealing with bitcoin customers since June 2013.
In January 2019, Cashgold turned in a full OTC Crypto Exchanger.
We mostly deal with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether.

Our mission is to finally remove the bottleneck that are the crypto exchangers right now: converting substantial amounts of cryptos in FIAT or in other e-currencies can be an awful experience.
We aim to turn this kind of experience in an effortless one.

We are finally starting a thread in this forum because we noticed that our customers pay a lot of attention to it.

I haven't and you probably shouldn't either. For a site that has been around since 2013, they barely have any online presence.

There are way more reputable platforms for OTC trading, to name a few: Kraken, ItBit, Bitfinex, and Binance.

Hi OmegaStarScream,
those platforms are all awesome and well reputable platforms. No doubts.
We are proud that:
- we are operating in the Bitcoin sphere since 10 years, without any hacks and without a single negative review.
- we expanded our clients base in the last two years.

I assume that you guys never used an OTC Desk. Those services above are all well known, reputable OTC Desks but at the same time they are all retail exchangers, that's why they are so "famous".
It's true what you are saying, our web presence is not so wide and not comparable with Kraken, Binance. On the same token, the same can be said for other OTC Desks like Cumberland Mining, Circle Trade (now Kraken), B2C2.
So, what I'm trying to say, it's that in our niche is a widespread thing and our customers are quieter than others.
Thank you for your feedback anyway, we are taking it seriously.

I'm using CashGold since several years. All ok for me. Leaving this feedback because they deserve it.

Correct. Not fair to compare the popularity of a niche service (an OTC Desk) like B2C2, Cumberland Mining, Cashgold to retail exchangers that are also OTC desks like Kraken, Bitfinex, Binance.

it does not work this way in this forum/

Using shill accounts to cause false buzz about the service only brings more negative publicity to the said service you are trying to advertise. Many have tried to do what you are doing right now only to end up failing.

Use the right ways to advertise. Shilling using alt accounts or ANN bumping services isn't a smart move.

Jerome,
we understand your concerns. In our case, I don't think that linking this topic to our clients by email qualify as "shill".
Besides, this topic is barely indexing on google so at least we get some movements here.

We also would like to see feedback focused on our services and not just some generic comments. Thank you for your comment anyway.
