Exchanges with free or cheap listing fees

I am an ICP fanatic and I'm looking to add ICP on as many exchanges as I can. I'm looking for free CEX or ones with listing fees as low as 1k USD. They should be tracked by coingecko or coinmarket cap. So far the best option I have seen is tokpie but some people here said it is a scam. Are there any other options?

As far as I know the listing fee is free on almost all exchanges, but you mean this ICP?
It has been listed on many major exchanges, I think the smaller exchanges would have listed it long ago if they wanted to. The problem is how much people want to trade there while there are more liquid exchanges.

So what's the point of getting the token listed in more shitty exchanges that have a listing fee of less than $1,000?

Listing for under $1000 will get your token into a scam exchange.

tokpie didn't have demand and you can check it directly if any pair have no buy order and so far this exchange site is so bad. It has a very complicated way to sell and buy. It will be only wasting your money when you wanna list your token in this exchange site. Would you like to go to the hotbit? in my opinion this is the best low tier token. I rarely seen any manipulation on its volume but i can't deny that if it was using bots to trade in the market as well.
In my opinion if that's the best one or would you create a dual token system that will make you able to list your token into the dex? So, you are wasting your monney if you wanna list ICP on small exchange site

I disagree. There are a lot of newer or lesser known exchanges that aren't scams. Some exchanges may cater to specific locations, like Lebanon for example. There might be few traders there right now but there will be more when crypto is normalized.
