Here we are at post #9 and nobody mentioned YoBit?

I had no idea about this case. I've been looking at the links and I understand it was a campaign that attracted a lot of shitposters? Although I see yahoo62278 did what he could to clean it up. BTW I have looked at the cryptotalk forum and it looks dead.

The issue with Yobit was that I didn't control who was able to join. They had it automated and anyone who could read the process was able to join. Sometimes there would be 200 new users a day joining. I went through and banned shitposters as fast as I could.

Gandom.com signature campaign has ended. I wonder if this has to do with the current market or just to other factors.

... it is possible that the number of campaigns will decrease if we enter a serious bear market. If my memory serves me correctly, the lower price of BTC in the past meant less activity on the forum, and advertisers are likely to spend less during that period.

I hope I'm wrong but everything looks like it's not going to pick up much this year, and that we won't be really bullish until after halving in 2024, we'll see how it affects signature campaigns.

Regarding Gamdom, the reason they stopped the campaign was the recent drop in crypto prices and users were not gambling. It's hard for someone to deposit money and gamble when they lose a huge amount of the value due to the crash. Most get scared and start cashing out.

Well that's typical of retail investors, they buy high and sell low because they get scared when it goes down. In any case, what you tell me about Gamdom seems interesting to me because I imagine that it is something that all gambling houses have experienced, but in the case of Gamdom I guess it will be like a snake biting its own tail: Gamdon has less revenue because of the downturn in the market, so it invests less in advertising, attracts fewer players and has even less revenue.

I suppose that the houses that can withstand the bear markets by continuing to advertise will come out stronger as soon as the market recovers a little.
