I am not sure from other universities yet aside from my alma mater and the university I am currently enrolled. And I don't that these school will implement such courses in a short period of time due to lack of manpower and a complex new curriculum. But still, I hope that one day there will come a time where we can enroll ourselves to a new of knowledge.

Aside from NEM Philippines which I also doubt that the courses they offered only focuses on NEM blockchain not on blockchain in general or how it works.
Thanks a lot for the clarifications, I tried as much as possible to search on Philippine institutions but can't find any legitimate informations, same thing happened to African, their institutions have less information in implementing blockchain/cryptocurrency courses in their respective departments, could only find that in South Africa country. Maybe in near future, the whole of African country institutions will implement that.
I agree, you can't find any useful blockchain related courses here as most of them are being offered online with no assurance that you are paying for a quality education. It sucks though...
