Going through the thread I perceived some form of Frustration-aggression from the OP and then tried to fit myself in the OP shoes just to comprehend his plight.

But one thing I observed about the OP is the he/she fails to understand that a content that looks good for X may not seem good for Y. I'll advise you stop attaching expectations to your threads for only out of much expectations do men feel disappointed.

Don't be surprised, some day you can get unbelievably rewards and encouragements from even the least thread you yourself looked down upon and reluctantly made. Only because there were words that someone out there needed to read.

You cannot please everybody in this forum even if you have a good-looking post. Expect criticisms here. We're trained to handle them very well in a friendly and professional way and don't take them personally.

If you can't handle criticisms here, then this forum is not for you.

If you are expecting more merits, you're not fit to be here in this forum for long.

We all have different views about criticisms. If you are turning that criticism into something positive and can make you grow more as an individual, you'll become a better person one day and be respected by others.

Really everybody in this community especially the one you made mentioned of high rank onces, including the upcoming ones always make impact of encouraging the new developers to start cogent thing by learning from our senior colleagues and also using our own initiatives, the only way to keep the protocols of the community is to be sincere and also been observant for the community, don't stain your hand rather follow the procedures.

One thing we ought to realise is that, this is a global forum and have got individuals from different sociocultural background, religion and definition to different aspects of life. Science would tell you, diversity is the beauty of life and that's one of the most interesting aspect of the diversity that exists in this forum. Users feels an energy towards whatever is presented and they give it out as they feel it. Now, your response or the way you choose to react with what is given off is entirely up to you. I wouldn't like a forum without some drama!

What would be the narrative if everyone is smiling at you, chanting your praises and hides there true feelings. It surely gets boring when what you expect is what you always get. You need that bit of discomfort at times, it would push you to think and better organise yourself in the future. Best advice; Don't be in expectancy of anything so you don't get disappointed when you don't get it. Feel the forum and be a part of it.
