vertco.in worker difficulty

Hello everyone,

I have a question about worker difficulty.
I have created a worker there.
I do not understand why my worker has set difficulty to 892 (it allways changed 300-900).
What does it mean? Why I have so high difficulty set if a difficulty now is only arround 240.

Thanks for any help.
I wrote to support two times but without response.
