Mining rig reboots error

I don't know if this is related to why a mining rig can be rebooting it self once in a while, I have two Dddr4 ram sticks in this motherboard and when mining it reboots on its own, before the reboots it went cold or freeze and later I start using one ram stick and no more reboots, one ram is 2600 and the other is 2400, the question is can this be the reason for the reboot? Both ram sticks are working fine, alone.

If you're saying the reboots followed a rapid drop in temperature it's an environment problem.
If you're saying the rig locked up and YOU rebooted it to recover it's a different story.

Lockups can be caused by power issues, don't be too quick to assume it's bad RAM.

Check each memory module with memtest. If you have memory modules of 4 GB or more, then use 1 memory module and watch the mining farm. You will find the reason if the farm is rebooted further.
