Hi. I'm looking for an alternative app or bank that are available also on worldwide (3rdcountries) like revolut because revolut don't accept only some countries for registration. The features I need is to be able to create multiple vccs .

Ukrainian banks PrivatBank, MonoBank allow you to make an unlimited number of Virtual Cards, including cards for various currencies (Dollar, Euro), as well as local hryvnia, with automatic conversion of incoming funds through the NBU rate. Everything works both through the desktop application (in the browser) and through the mobile application for iOS and Android.
Maps work all over the world (personally visited 40+ countries - everything worked)
