How do you play Slots? (long sessions / jumper / focussed)

If you think about it.... whatever strategy you play does not really have an impact. Your bet result are determined by your client seed and the server seed, so in theory... whatever Slot you are playing, should give you the big win... when that gives you a winning combination.  

The RTP and variance will just give you the intervals and how much will be paid back to the players.. but in the end, your success or failure are locked up in the two seeds.  

This thread just help to highlight what people believe and how their game play are influenced by that.    (Have you seen those people in Brick n mortar casinos rubbing the Slot screens?..... yea we are talking about those believes)

That is how superstitions are born, people that are unable to understand how gambling games really work believe they can do something to alter the results and the probabilities of the games themselves, something that we know is impossible.

And this is what creates behaviors that for the average person seem to be very weird, for example I have seen people at regular casinos literally stalk other players for hours and wait until they leave the slot machine they are using thinking that now the slot should be hot and it should pay soon, not understanding that each time you spin the slot is an independent event that has nothing to do with it has happened in the past.

2 words: Maximum Concentration. When I gamble, I try to distract myself from the rest of the world by focusing completely on the game. I like to feel the increasing level of concentration, as I take this process extremely seriously.

This is a great approach to playing slots, imo. This way you won't increase your chances of winning, but if you use slots to relax, to forget about your daily concerns, to  pump some dopamine into your brain, focusing completely on the game is what you should try to do.

Sounds not good. Why do you need "maximum concentration" in the game where everything is depend on luck? This doesn't matter are you concentrated or not, because outcome is just a mathematical probability. You can't force it through your skills or concentration.

That's why I said, "This way you won't increase your chances of winning". Some people use slots to get away from daily worries for a little while. Imo, it's a good practice, if not overused. Running away from your daily problems isn't a good thing, if you are trying to do it all the time, but occasionally it can add strength to deal with those problems.

Whether useful to every gambler or useless, he may feel better at gambling if he has maximum concentration, although it will not change the chances of winning from slot games. But maybe it does have a point in concentrating on one thing and not being distracted by another so we can enjoy it. Or maybe some players don't need maximum concentration in gambling because playing slots are based on luck so they don't really need to be serious about playing slot games.

I can't get an idea to be concentrated playing slots. I can understand why people get concentrated playing poker or chess, but can't get it when it comes to dice or slots. You're spending not only your money, but also your free time. lose-lose strategy, as for me.

Depends on a certain person because there are ones who do really ease out their stress whenever they do really get involved with gambling whether you do play slots or other casino games but its true that you cant
really avoid such life problems on just playing yet it would really be remaining still and if you do just able to forget then it would be temporal.Stress would be even more if you do experience losses or consecutive ones
and playing slots on different behavior specially on jumping from casino to casino and believing that it could really increase the chance of winning then it is really a wrong perception to have.
For me i do tend to stay up on a single provider on that particular session, if do ends up on negative then this is where i do test out other on other day.
