the guy is a liar and a thief, and precisely because he is a liar and a thief he knows very well that he shouldn't keep his coins in the exchange for that reason I believe he didn't leave any coins in the exchange, he may be telling the truth, because would he leave coins on the exchange knowing that they could easily freeze those funds once he is expensive and wanted by the police? it doesn't make sense, the guy must have his coins in his wallet and maybe withdraw when he needs to. this journalist or news channel needs to post more solid evidence that he had coins on the exchange and they were Freezes

Rich peeps don’t go to jail, they just manage their bail! This scam head might be roaming around but he won’t be relaxed for very long time. With the time he will loose the followers, he will loose the investor base and thus huge sell off will happen one more time. All he did was lure investors with low valued coin and made them believe in it and it’s so called $1 dreamy price. Still that man managed to create another version of it. I am pretty sure he is not in the good state of mind. If peeps are still investing into him then it’s time to leave this earth.  In fact we should not be even taking his name, he destroyed many investors on that night.

I wouldn't trust any Do Kwon's words because he wasn't transparent at the funds, I think he didnt provide any proof that funds were used to try to save the crash but instead most of the funds were moved to big exchanges and he only used a tweet that funds were used to peg UST but no blockchain link.

I think those funds aren't to save UST but to put it on his pocket.  They were monitored and got caught along the process that prevent them from pocketing the amount.  The rumors of Terra labs having a connection to the downfall of UST is getting stronger as the case progressess.

I hope he goes into jail because of the lives that he ruined and he doesn't take responsibility for anything, He got what he deserve for being too cocky.

If he is really guilty as charged then, by all means, let him rot to jail but if he is also a victim of the manipulation of "higher ups" then poor him.

Looks like Do Kwon is denying facts to minimize the effect of the authority's action to his creation.

We really don't know if people are really into investing on the Terra Luna, I believe the volume is created by wash trading and the price is heavily manipulated to create a sense of hype and eventually it will get dumped.

I don't believe De Kwoon. He has shown that he cannot be trusted from numerous utterances he made and I daresay he is lying and in hiding right now. If not, why hasn't he turned himself in to the local police in South Korea? That's my point here

This is why he is facing a legal problems now, and freezing his asset might be a big help to solve this case and hopefully DK will cooperate and answer all those legal issues for the benefit of this scandalous dump with his project before. It’s good to see Korean government doing their part to take legal actions, let’s just see how this case will go and see if DK is really guilty for all the accusation.

I've read about Do Kwon tweet that he has denied the news because he doesn't have any assets on either exchange, so we know the truth because the media has to prove Do Kown's funds have been frozen. I've been following Do Kown twitter account but he's not into panic over the police attempt to arrest him if his whereabouts are known, but if he didn't do anything wrong he should be able to solve the case.

We will have to see how this whole story evolves, it should be very obvious to anyone which is not a fanatic of Kwon that he is in fact guilty, however I do not know how harsh the law at Korea can be, I say this because I have seen many scandals about executives stealing fortunes from different companies and they receive very little time behind bars, so not only I hope a great deal of money is recovered so investors get some of the money they lost back, but I also expect that Kwon never has the chance of becoming a free man ever again.

it is only a matter of time to see how hard is the SK government to their people who rob funds from their investors. if DK is denying any of those frozen funds, then, maybe, he has other minions taking care of his riches. i don't think he will use only one account if in case they register to top exchanges.
what i do like to happen here is admit that luna is a failure and don't make any more new coins just to cover their mistakes. and people should forget this another failed project. don't hype if there is no more reason to support this project, as newbies will only be deceived by false marketing.

Do not trust Do Kwoon, he is doing exactly what a criminal that has been chased to the end of a wall will do, what do you expect him to do than to start denying that any funds belonging to him is been frozen? He knew he is guilty that's why he failed to surrender himself for proper questioning.

Actually it is a big crime. Such crimes should not exist among people.He has deceived people. He must be held accountable for this.However, he created new fraud traps with people two days in a row without creating such fraud traps later.He has created deception among people several times.
