Interesting idea, but when it comes to blockchain, it means it's a complex ecosystem. This will be one of the best ways for the government to be more open to its citizens.

In general, the implementation of blockchain in this complaint portal will allow citizens to submit their complaints online safely, securely and anonymously. That means names, addresses and personal data are protected without being known to others.

The use of blockchain technology in government institutions in India is very good in my opinion. With this, common people will be able to file complaints against Influential personalities. Against whom they will be afraid to complaint. Because their name will not be revealed, only their wallet address.

Hope their elections will also be done using blockchain technology as I have heard a lot of news(s) regarding rigging, where the losing party accuses the winning party of rigging.

So this is probably their solution to conduct elections using blockchain and get results with transparency.

For users who have been thinking about the real life usage of blockchain technology, here is an example. The Indian Police have launched a polygon blockchain based complaint registration portal. Indian district named Firozabad located 40km away from the world famous Taj Mahal have launched this complaint registration portal for the transparency of complaints lodged by the victims.

The project is developed to solve the issue of officials refusing to file complaint against victims and to avoid the manipulation of the complaints. With this people can easily lodge their complaints without fear and keep the complaints away from manipulation by the officials. This system will serve as a key system in the Indian Police System where corruption is a big problem from the lower level.

Digital identity. Did you know that about 1.1 billion of people cannot claim ownership over their data? It means they cannot vote, access financial services, own property, open a bank account, etc. Often, they cannot handle all the paperwork and connected expenses to get the identity, but the majority have a mobile device. It is sufficient to access blockchain-based identity solutions. More examples here: https://medium.com/@IOA_labs/blockchain-use-cases-where-can-the-technology-be-applied-in-real-life-ioa-labs-d1ddfd4b4b5c (highly recommend).

indeed very good, but whether the government of india will approve it. Many people will certainly not agree because the crimes they committed will also not run smoothly anymore, so they will oppose the use of blockchain technology for things that are transparent.
Blockchain will also record all existing history without being able to delete it again, so that if one crime is committed, it will be a lifelong record that will continue to exist. The use of blockchain technology is indeed a modern solution that makes the recording system more advanced, but its use and application will not be easy.

One thing I am wondering about twitter sale to Elon is this discussion as well. I didn't want to start a whole new topic, but do you guys think that a blockchain technology for twitter could actually work? I mean we are talking about a social currency with how many followers you have, someone with 50k+ followers could turn that into money easily, and someone with millions of followers could definitely turn that into a wealth.

So having twitter based on some blockchain features and making sure it’s both preventing bots but also rewarding people who contribute, could actually be good. People cannot fake their follower count because bots would be prevented, and the real people who follower others will turn out to actually worth something.
