The difference in this case is that the House and some of the Senate agree with me. How do they agree with me? By not taking time to do a 10-day investigation into the anomalies of the election before approving it.
Such an investigation has been done in at least one past presidential election. In addition, 100 Congress people asked for this investigation. But they were turned down by the majority. So, the majority agreed that they had something to hide, that the election was fraudulent, and they didn't even want to check it out.
That in itself is a breaking of their Oaths of Office to uphold the Constitution. The lawsuit here -

No, that is your interpretation plus a little bit of blatant lying, not facts. A number of complaints were filled and dismissed in all states. Even if you do not believe in all the proof, the content of the depositions, the own members of the RP saying that they wanted nothing to do with it, at least you should consider the level of organisation that would be required to change the vote across several states. It is impossible to do that without leaks and people knowing and leaving real evidence behind.
I guess you didn't read it, or you don't understand. This doesn't have anything to do with what was filed in individual States. This is Supreme Court stuff.
Also, it doesn't have anything to do with what people in the RP think or want to have anything to do with. It is a personal court case brought by simple citizens of the US, a thing that can be done in the USA.
Also, this doesn't have anything to do with changing the 2020 vote. Rather, it has to do with legally (and almost instantaneously) removing 380-some members of Congress, Biden and Harris, and a few others. So, when that is done, who takes over as President? The SCOTUS might adjudicate that Trump take over until the end of the term - if he is willing.
Also, regarding leaks, this and my previous post are a couple of leaks. But you aren't even interested enough in the US legal system to go and read the lawsuit.
And the media isn't going to play with it. Why not? Because the whole idea is empowering the little, individual, average citizens to believe in the power that the Constitution gives them over the government. And nobody in government want the people to have power. They want to keep all the power for themselves. So, they won't let the media even talk about it.
It is about time that you guys accept that Trump was a terrible president. He was not up to the task of leading a country, probably he is not even up to the task of leading a country club. People died because of his attitude, diplomacy was severely hurt because of his - I cannot call it anything but stupidity. US has lost stance in the world and left it worse that it was before him.
More importantly, it's about time that you jokers stop looking at Trumps 'acting', and start looking at what he did and didn't do in office. In the past I have listed, maybe, hundreds of positive things that Trump did to build America up rather than tear it down. All you and others like you do is to say he was bad because you think he looked silly in his 'acting appearance'. You don't ever come up with anything bad that he did. In fact, the biggest mistake he made was to let Biden take over via stolen election. Why? Because, so far, Biden has just about wrecked America.
If the RP cannot come up with someone better than Trump or Bush Junior or the likes of them, there is something very wrong in the party.
What?! So, you really think that Biden is better than Trump or Bush Jr.? Well, I can understand it. You aren't in the US, watching the US government under Biden's direction steal loads of money from the people to give it over to you... something neither Trump or Bush would have done. So, there is your answer. You want to steal from the US people, just like Biden, who is taking US money and giving it to you (Ukraine).
