There is a new site that is going live immediatly.  http://www.dontforkme.com

Our goal is to try and make it easier to connect coin developers with miners, pool operators, and exchanges and make it easier to keep track of the dozens of updates that occur weekly.

The Process goes like this:
Coin developer signs up at http://www.dontforkme.com
Coin developer "claims" the coins that they are responsible for.
We verify that the developer is in fact part of the coins development team.
Developer then is approved and allowed to post updates including fork dates, and block numbers for their coins.
Once the developer posts the update we will email any users that have "subscribed" to that coin to let them know there is now a new update for the coin.

We are constantly adding more features and functionality to the site.  Currently contacting as many coin developers are we can and trying to get them to sign up and start using the site.

Any suggestions and comments are welcome, we want to contribute to the community in a meaningful way.

Thank you for your time in reading this announcement

good idea in theory.

how do you plan to get everyone on board? it will be hard to have everyone involved in one coin centralized in your website

looking for C++ coders , web-dev and coin-devs to join karmacoin team. We are trying to expand. we have so many goals. Challenge accepted?  PM me.
