Maybe anyone know what the problem could be there? CS:GO menu and while loading map works fine, but just loaded map, and started game, text crashes like there, and all textures are different collors and sometimes PC reboots. This happens in half of the games, but other works fine like CS 1.6, Killing floor, league of legends, team fortress 2, left 4 dead 2, loadout. Please help me find the sollution. P.S. sorry for bad English. https://i.imgur.com/WdmtKZr.jpg https://i.imgur.com/uD1KXo2.jpg CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz

If this is happening on all of your games then it sounds like this could be either an issue with either your Graphics Card or RAM failing, what you can do to figure out whether it's at least the RAM is run a program called memtest, it will take awhile and you can just leave it on overnight but this will let you find out for sure which component this is. I've had this problem before and it turned out it was the RAM failing and it just needed to be replaced, this is just what happens with old components, what's happening on your screen is called artifacts and it's the components struggling to render what's on your screen which is why it turns out all weird like that.

If the memtest doesn't show anything then it's most likely your graphics card that needs replacing.

I gave a list of games for which there's no problems, i play like always, but some don't work, like CS:GO, The Sims 3 (worked before, then don'tt worked, now works again), COD (worked before, now didn't work)... Drivers and directx are up to date.

I just told you what to do, go and download memtest and find out if your RAM has failed, this will tell you whether your Graphics Card or RAM has broken, it will likely be one or the other if nothing else has gone wrong on your PC.

Like I said, just run it overnight and make sure it goes to 100% then you'll know for sure, if it's not the memory it's probably the graphics card, the only other way to check it is to swap in the components with new ones to see if it makes any difference.

Oh, well, about memory, i can run 2-4 other games w/o problem which dont crashes, but can't run one which use less and crashes, so i think will take my pc to engineer and ask to set windows xp -> windows 7 and new graphic card  Smiley

Don't bother with changing platforms, that won't make the slightest difference but putting in a new graphics card will probably let you find the problem.

It's more than likely the video card as has been mentioned, but it doesn't sound like you want to listen to any advice on here.

Topic starter mentioned that he encounter this type of glitches not only in the CS:GO. Driver and DirectX re-installing may or may not resolve a problem. Try it out and let us know.

It's obvious what the problem is but he's not liking the answer, these kind of problems only tend to happen when you've got something going wrong with the components, not when it's an old version of Directx or a problem with steam, look up what game artifacts are guys, they tend to occur when a component is struggling to render things inside a game, that's why the game will either end up with half-rendered textures or unfinished text etc.
