Please merge your post I'm sure many of us here are following your discussion and you don't want to get restricted while posting your pieces of evidence and arguments, it becomes your words against his words, but this is ugly for Macaw to get in this argument with OP showing proofs and you cannot show yours but just refute, refute it with counter-evidence or if you will deny it posts your own findings or evidence.
It's up to both of you to settle the issue since it's just going in a circle,

Obviously, this matter is of little concern to Macaw.  I understand their lack of attention to address and solve this issue.  I very much appreciate this forum and others like it because it is a rare form of freedom that we don't get to enjoy often anymore.  It reminds me of the days where a couple of men could go out in the parking lot and settle their differences without worry of lawsuit or criminal charges etc.  Crypto currency, especially BTC have brought back some of the freedom that we have lost with the integration of credit card and banks aka the centralized world.  New technology and systems like Bitcoin Lightning bring a whole world of possibilities to the table in reference to privacy and freedom.  This forum should be and has been the platform to settle disputes which is awesome because it keeps "the man" out of our business.  I'm sad to say that problems like what I am accusing Macaw Casino of doing, taking advantage of Lightning network's amazing features and doing bad business by not paying, will continue to be the reason slowing, and even stopping Crypto expansion and adoption.  That's enough ranting for now I suppose. 


Back to business.... @macaw_casino where did you go?  We still have business to settle.

All I can say is if this case is not resolved you may create a flag for this issue and ask the community based on the evidence presented to support your flag if they see that it did not enough evidence to support the community they will oppose it, but as long as this thread is not yet marked RESOLVE this will be a reference for people who wants to play in Macaw_casino, they will be the judge if this is the casino worth putting their money.

 Here is the only offer that I am going to make to you.  There is no reason to continue wasting time.  You know that I am correct here, and you also know that officially, you owe me around 9,000,000.  So here is what I am willing to do..

 I will allow you to pay me 1/2 of what you owe.

 4,500,000 sat (0.045 BTC) ($745.00 USD) Not negotiable

When I receive and confirm the funds, I will post a message on the forum saying
"this matter has been settled and is now closed"
I will remove all of my photo evidence from forum and remove my shared album.  It should have never gone this far in the first place.  If you would have tried to resolve it instead of trying to make me look like a liar, you could have saved yourself from embarrassment.  I am going to give you a couple of hours to decide.  Let me know what you would like to do.

@JuanS2099 avoid successive posts if you want to add something, then just edit your post and add additional info, we are on a holiday and they don't want pressure on this day, who would want to, give them 2 days to answer on your offer, hopefully, there will be a deal that will be accepted on both of you, not good to start a year with an issue like this.

We investigated a little deeper over the last few days and realized the issue was ultimately down to a bug in the software. We take back all accusations of fraud of the customer and we apologize for the bad handling of the situation.

We have settled with Juan in private. As part of the settlement, we will make a small donation to the make-a-wish foundation on the customers behalf.

Due to the poor software and low customer interest, Macaw will be closing its doors for the foreseeable future.

If this is the case, since the issue is already resolved might as well change the title to resolved and lock the thread, it's good that Macaw_Casino did the right thing in settling the issue, they announced that they are ceasing operation because of poor software and low customer interest, they can always come back we welcome casino who prefer their reputation over profit.
