It does not look like you are announcing a service but it more like you are showing how to make bitcoin payment. An announcement thread's look should need to have a good graphical presentation so that it attracts visitors to visit your website and check the service.

Almost every business goes with a good ANN thread. Some examples:

Based on the above screenshot, it doesn't seem to be that suitable for anything that requires generating a lot of invoices ^{[since it's not an automated process, it takes a very long time for merchants to apply or rather generate it for all of their products]}!

AFAICS, payments go through coinbazaar first, then it's forwarded to an address that belongs to the seller... Am I right?

No, the bitcoins come to the merchant wallet(which is coinbaazar bitcoin wallet which a user gets when they sign up just like in any other platform) . So person is authorize to do anything , transfer to any other wallet if they want,  or  sell bitcoins on coinbaazar or keep hold of it , or convert  bitcoins to bitcoin gift card and can redeem anytime of the year which they are launching within sometime ..
