Does anyone know about how to pass EKYC of MTGOX?

Hi, everyone!
I'm in China.
I'm the guy blocked bitcoin in MTGOX.
Now I want get my bitcoin back, but i can't  pass EKYC process of MTGOX. i always failed in first step of EKYC: when I commit my passport picture, the system always says: "An error has occurred. Please try again.", what I can do now? Does anyone know about how to pass EKYC of MTGOX?

@boobooXie, MtGox exchange, had a long discussion on this forum, the problem you are facing, if I notice for the umpteenth time a user I see has a problem with KYC on MtGox exchange,
Example:
MTGOX Claim Identity Verification - I am blocked, can't select Repayment Method

However, I've seen @nanobtc, say something here.

Maybe, for your solution about KYC withdrawal/recovery of your Btc on MtGox exchange, I think you can try to discuss in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=179586.6900, or you can ask for more information to the users in the thread, hopefully it helps you in recovering your btc on the MtGox exchange.
