INEC said that 240 PU will not participate in this forth coming elections due to no register voters in the PU. Imo state has over 30 PU which was also part of this 240 cancelled PU. Is it that ever since elections have been going on these polling units don't have people that votes there ? Or is it this year that INEC registered all voters again for this exercise. I don dey smell mago mago from INEC say another thing involve because the excuse no match at all. Rivers state and some other States follow,so check your PU,to know whether e follow for those 240 cancelled PU.

The reason fit be say those polling unit no get the minimum number of registered voters to be allowed to vote in the unit. And dis dey happen if people change their polling unit from one place to anoda, either because of migration or to a newly opened polling unit closer to their home destination.
