• Do it yourself. You and/ or any member of your team can manage your own campaign
  
  • Signature campaign guideline (read this before starting or joining a campaign)
• Hire an experienced manager to do it for your team

• If your team want to hire high quality posters who likely bring more effects to your project, you should pay high rates for manager and participants
• Total participants in a campaign. Small or big number of participants will cause to light or big workload on manager.

There are two ways, if you are ready to pay in bitcoin then go to  Services section and where you can look for people by posting your signatures, criteria also you can hire a campaign manager to do this job for you while you only need to pay the money and everything will be handled by them for you.

If you want to pay in your own tokens or any other altcoins then campaign thread should be in Bounties (Altcoins) and rest is same as above.

BTW managing a project yourself is not that difficult following the guidelines and always use an escrow to hold the funds, people will trust you more.

As for their price, it depends on the type of campaign you want to run. It is best to negotiate this directly with the managers.
