So far, I don't believe that the forum administration has created an onion site yet.

But why are there legal issues? or because technically it could create trouble, I don't understand.
In the end it's just an addon domain.
For example, in Italy I can't reach some sports sites, thanks to tor I can. (or torrent site example)

Who says there are legal issues? Forum members make many suggestions here and a few of them are accepted and introduced on the boards. But there are more of those that don't and those we never get a comment from theymos at all. Maybe he just doesn't want to, knows how to, or feels like there is any need for a TOR-compatible forum.

Understood, but there are some countries, if I remember correctly, where cryptocurrencies are illegal
wouldn't having a domain with TOR help? Or does having it (or not having it) change anything?
I ask because I'm not really a technician.

If they can use Tor, they can use Bitcointalk.org on Tor already. Until Cloudflare decides to add impossible captchas. A .onion site won't have that problem.
