You are not the lender to accept collateral. You are the borrower, so you should tell us what collateral you offer.

well apparently for shasan he doesn't need  any collateral to offer people money    but only on certain kind of people it seems 

Every lender does the same, not only shasan, and thankfully, we all know that giving a newbie a non-collateral loan is a certain loss.
