since you can't attempt KYC again, did they tell you whats gonna happen to your account and the balance on it? what the above all you got as reply?
They did this so I would lose my money damn them no one enters this platform when you win they will restrict everything until you play and lose money
i hope you didn't play with the balance and lose it all, because this seems like an issue that could be solved with a bit of patience.

Based from my past experiences with cases against BC, the inabillity to re-perform KYC is usually due to multiple failed attempt, so they lock it out. I believe I can get my contact to lift the restriction and allow OP to re-perform KYC once OP is ready.

OP, i'll try to reach my contact and see what happened from their side. Suppose we can get the KYC restriction lifted, I'll strongly suggest you to wat a couple more days before attempting to submit those bank statements, as you currently only have two, they need three, your bank can't issue early statement, and we're literally couple days away from new month.
