I was making deposits and withdrawals in USDT without any problems.

Today, I made a deposit in my local currency, and when I made a profit, I couldn't withdraw until after the verification process.

I sent them my ID, and it was verified.

I sent them my SLife account, and it was verified.

They're asking for a bank statement and other things I can't provide because I live in a rental property not in my name, so I can't get bills in my name.


I sent them a bank statement from my Wise account.

I also sent them a bank statement from my personal bank, but the bank hasn't sent me a bank statement for two months. The last time I received a bank statement was a month ago, and I can't get an early statement.


Now my money is on hold, and of course I don't want to accuse them of fraud, but I don't understand what to do.

Even the platform's support isn't helping. It says your attempts have ended.

If I want to withdraw my money and stay away from them, I'll have to.

They did this so I would lose my money damn them no one enters this platform when you win they will restrict everything until you play and lose money

since you can't attempt KYC again, did they tell you whats gonna happen to your account and the balance on it? what the above all you got as reply?

Are you able to withdraw your deposit? It is expected that the casino should allow a player withdraw their deposit in cases of disputes like these while the winnings are held pending when the issue is resolved.

Support is trained to follow the automated process and you will hardly get them considering peculiar cases, for this to happen you may need to be escalated to someone higher up the rankings who can weigh in.

i hope you didn't play with the balance and lose it all, because this seems like an issue that could be solved with a bit of patience.
i’ll just tag @holydarkness as he has direct contact with bc.game and hopefully he can help you sort this out.

Based from my past experiences with cases against BC, the inabillity to re-perform KYC is usually due to multiple failed attempt, so they lock it out. I believe I can get my contact to lift the restriction and allow OP to re-perform KYC once OP is ready.

OP, i'll try to reach my contact and see what happened from their side. Suppose we can get the KYC restriction lifted, I'll strongly suggest you to wat a couple more days before attempting to submit those bank statements, as you currently only have two, they need three, your bank can't issue early statement, and we're literally couple days away from new month.

Just curious, when you say "other bills" you meant house bills like water, electricity, gas, etc...? so did mention to them regarding this situation, and if you did, what did they say about it?

anyway, looks like @holydarkness is tackling your case, he might be able to help you resovle your case if there is no other issue other than what you mentioned. but just to be clear, there is still no guarantee that he'll be able to reverse their descision.

The thing is, from what I know(at least), holydarkness's contact is not the same people that you talk to on the casino's website. If he is able to properly explain the situation, they might be able to understand your situation and reverse the decision. My contact is diving and maneuvering through inter-department as we speak. BC will lift the restriction, but you'll only be able to re-perform it once. So they highly advise for you to prepare a well and proper documentation, and they recommend you to [I freely paraphrase what they said] use a different kind of documents from what you earlier tried to repetitively submit.

For a better context, and as explained above and now verified by my contact, they lock you out from verifying due to multiple failed attempt of passing KYC, the documents you submitted can not be verified. Advanced KYC require a proof of address, and the documents you submitted [whatever they were] are marked as unverifiable by their compliance division. Thus their security system kicks in and lock you out from another attempt.
