Exploring new thing to improve liquidity

There are several factors that remains an obstacle on the path towards improvement in liquidity ,nothing been done to mitigate these issues. For example availability of token, high trading fees, arbitrage, liquidity providers all of these factors are major problems in improvement of liquidity . People want to invest in a good project but these factors have a great impact on their decision. Amidst crypto crises ,there is a project oscar swap that has provided crypto fraternity with great solution to this problem through incentives for LP, AMA, enabling interper ability with Arbitrum blockchain . My question is, how best to look for liquidity outside the projects?

I have seen a good number of projects contracting liquidity providers to provide liquidity fo their coin/token and at the end of the day, this decision will kill the project in totality e.g.,  when the liquidity providers decided to pull out of the contract.

Instead of the project owner making out separate liquidity mechanisms and providing a good eco system for the token.
