How secure is trading on Hodl Hodl?
The main priority of Hodl Hodl is keeping your funds and data safe.
Hodl Hodl does not process any private information, therefore there is no need to worry about your data. To start trading on our platform, you only need to provide a valid e-mail address and create a password.
Hodl Hodl does not have any access to your funds. During a trade, the bitcoins are locked in multisig escrow, which requires 2 (out of 3) keys to release the funds, which means that no transaction can happen without the signature of one of the contract parties, therefore, even if something happens to the trading platform, your Bitcoin will remain unaffected.

Is it safe to trade on the MySecure platform?
The top priority of the MySecure team is to keep our users' funds safe.
MySecure does not process any personal data, so you don't have to worry about it falling into third parties. To start using the functionality that our platform provides, you only need to send us a valid email address and create a password.
MySecure does not have access to your funds. In transactions, all funds are stored on a multisig escrow, which requires two (out of three) keys for release. This means that without the signature of one participant, no transactions will be approved and your funds will remain intact even if the trading platform itself fails.

If we are obliged to do so by the law or in accordance with our internal policy, we may at any time introduce or amend mandatory identification / verification procedures and require you to complete our identification and/or verification and may also require you to submit identification documents to Hodlex Ltd. Failing to complete identification and/or verification will be considered a violation of the Agreement and may lead to the suspension and/or termination of your account.

If either our internal policy or the law obliges us to verify your identity, we may do so at any time and require you to participate in mandatory verification/identification procedures. Additionally, we may ask you to submit identification documents to MySecure. In case you cannot comply with our requirements and don’t complete identification and/or verification, we’ll consider it a violation of the Agreement. As a result, your Account may be suspended and/or terminated.
