Does anyone have a suggestion for TA software which I can run on linux?
I would like to make my own charts with some other parameters than I'm able to at bitcoinwisdom.

I would also like to have a dataset with trades from mtgox and bitstamp.

Is such available (free)?

Yes, for historic market movements.
There happened a lot what is rhyming with today's movements
Besides,.. even bitcoinwisdom shows mtgox data.

I have started using highcharts but it's free for non commercial use, it's very nice
