i am thinking about an idea for quite a while now and i think ifound an at least rudimental way to accomplish that.

Of course, definitely, we all want a scam-free platform whether it's a marketplace or an investment platform you don't need to ask that if you're going to set that up present all the ideas, requirements, and policies that will guarantee your marketplace to be a scam free.
The reputation of the developers, who are running the project is the first consideration of a scam-free platform and how transparent they are, if you will set it up proudly create an announcement here and we'll see if there will be no loopholes for scammers to get in.

First of all I must say that I don't even look at that NFT thing because someone like me would never invest on a jpeg image that costs $1000's or even $millions. I would rather buy and old pc instead of wasting the money on that NFT thing. That's just waste of money, it's far better to donate that money to the deserving ones rather than investing it on a Jpeg file of crazy monkeys which are basically vector arts, and snaky punks which are basic pixel arts.

Back to your question! Everyone wants a scam free marketplace but unfortunately that won't be possible to create. Because these days the scammers are so intelligent that they will find a way to tackle the scam-protection mechanism of the marketplace. The scammers these days are technical nerds and they are also into black-hat hacking thing that's why it's literally not possible to create such marketplaces.

Can you please tell us that what scam-free protections are you planning to add into your market? Would you handle everything by yourself? It is in fact possible to handle the market transactions by a single person in beginning stages but with growth of users it wont be possible for a single person to handle the whole marketplace. Lets suppose you add few more members in your team and one of them might be a scammer then what will you do? How will you bring back the agenda of scam-free marketplace if even a single scam takes place in your marketplace?

I don't know if there will be a scam free platform will exist since first we need to consider first the reputation of the platform since they need to handle the funds before the transaction can successfully go thru on both seller and vendors end.

 Also its hard to execute this since scammers will find ways to exploit the system and still can scam people, so I'm curious about people planning to build this also on how they can execute this smoothly since if they can successfully create a risk free platform then maybe they will get a huge potential to succeed on this industry.

My idea is very very much simpler, it is so simple, that i honestly can almost not believe that it would actually work like the way i think it would.
But at least i have to try it out else we will never know.

I see that things with scammers are getting very complicated the more we use technologie in order to protect us against them. So i was trying to think the exactly other way.
Most scammers have (not all but most of them) to get in touch with you somehow. If they cant get in touch with you they cannot scam you.
So i think we dont have to protect ourself from scammers being there we just have to make sure, that they wont be able to contact you anymore.
So i wont code a thing. I dont even know how to code something, im not a DAO and there is no big technerd team, becouse thats where i see the weakness. The more technology we use, there more we get scammed...

So i wont do anything new, i will take whats already there in order to just do a single thing: Silence them. preventing them from contacting anyone. If they cannot get in touch with you over my marketplace no matter where ore what it is, they will leave all by themselves...at least thats the approach i will follow maybe i can present something for a first rudimental tryout in the next 2-3 weeks, but the whole things needs to be included into my main project which is my NFT collection. perfectly for doing first experiments

You are not going to set up a scam-free marketplace, you will only try to set up a scam-free marketplace, set up and try to set up are two different words with different meanings since you have not presented a new idea so you are just going to try to set up one.
Why not set up tutorials on how the marketplace works and avoid scammers, if you have educated users of your marketplace and you know how scammers work and stop them from harming your marketplace, a platform or a marketplace is scam free if you have educated users, scammers victimize people who are ignorant on how scammers work.

Implement methods that'll scare away scammers and spammers from the site; add rules and take them serious. Not everybody would be allowed to list NFTs on the site, always check routinely on the marketplace vendors, if anyone doesn't keep up with rules, ban them. Nothing takes off scammers like excellent moderators. When the site moderators are very strict and takes away any suspicious submission, scammers would leave the site. It's better to have a quality marketplace than a garbage one; with enormous traffic but serves scam to visitors. Most marketplaces allow such activities because of the traffic spammers and scammers add to the website. Currently they're millions of spammers and scammers online that work round clock coupled with bots, so the industry has been growing long ago. Terminating them on your site or marketplace is a great move, but the traffic would reduce too.

With this amount of context and such a massive claim that every other marketplace is full of scams, I am sure you could have written more or presented us with any of the ways you think we can avoid scams when creating our own marketplace. If it was that easy, I am sure those who are already running marketplaces that are providing them millions of $$$ would have indeed implemented it.

If you really have a though on how to make the marketplace scam-free, suggest this to existing marketplaces and they will be happy to provide you a bounty.

Your timing and your target market on a primarily hostile audience towards NFT/ordinals on this forum is just bad.... because there are a lot of people that are hating on ordinals for "attacking" the Bitcoin network.

It does not matter if this is true or not, but that is the reputation of ordinals at the moment... Yes, it is an honorable suggestion and something that are needed, but its not going to be easy to change people's minds.

That's exactly what I was thinking. The ordinals have harmed the Bitcoin network very adversely and we all are emotionally affected by the harm that those useless tokens have done to our blockchain. It will take sometime to forgo the fear that those useless tokens have created in minds of many Bitcoin enthusiasts.

And, if you check the idea of the OP, it doesn't makes sense to me. After reading his replies I found that the OP is not good at doing technical things currently and has no sense of development to create such market. Even, I observed that his ideas are also not that good because it's literally impossible to create market that doesn't have any way of communication. If that could stop the scammers just by silencing them then man every platform would do that.

Wow, you are a genius to think of a very simple idea like that, in the first place how do you know if a user is a scammer not because a person contacted you makes him a scammer right away, and if you shut down every means of communication how they will deal with one another or promote their product to users although some marketplace do not have this.
I don't think there is such a thing as scam free platform, especially a marketplace, scammers are good and they can find ways to get in
I think the best you can come out with is educating your users on how scammer works, if we are going to create a membership-based platform, educating them on how to not fall to scammers that may use the platform is a big achievement for a platform.

Even if there was an existing one before now, which I doubt, you may create your own and proffer a better and simpler form or working concept of it to make it easier and less stressful to access than the initial.  Simply knowing how to advertise your projects will allow you to make significantly more than your peers.

That'll be a fantastic concept, and perhaps you'll be the one to persuade me if you can set up a basic scam-free market place for NFT/ordinals. I'm not a big admirer of them, and I always think they're a waste of time that can be quickly claimed, unlike coins. The recent hype about them had a negative impact on the bitcoin mempool network.

That depends on what you do, if you will be transparent with the community here on the forum for sure the majority will support you and you will say who will be the developer I am sure you will succeed in the good goal you have.

       But if your goal is not good, and it's just your show, don't continue it because it will only waste your time and time because the majority of the community here on this forum platform is already smart.

Since bitcoin enthusiasts on the forums have shown no appreciable enthusiasm for NFTs underpinning some of the older networks (almost indifferent to their existence), I'm not sure even if you got a "yes" it means you're too interested in leveraging your platform.
But you can continue as long as you have good initiative, however most users will support any kind of service that "fights scammers".

This sounds like a great project, of course we all want a platform with zero scams, but sounds like a complex project because the main vulnerability in any platform nowadays is the human factor, if your site is 100% secure if the scammer convinces the victim to open all the locks then he will get scammed.

Almost everyone is scared of the NFT marketplace and we all tread with caution because of the level of scam activities that's growing rapidly in the  NFT market. AFAIK all what people need is a scam free market platform where they would be able to do their business comfortably.

It's left for you to make sure your project is build on a solid source, support,  Security heightened and procedures of  doing business should be clearly stated as part of operational policies.  Am sure when you get to build up such project there would be like minds that would show up interest in partnering with you.
