If I am not mistaken and look at Gualtieri, he has never gone out in a fight so far, he only bets on his country/city/Germany, after all recently Gualtieri has only won on points, as happened yesterday with Bevilacqua, it happened not just one time, almost five matches with different opponents in the ring.

Yeah, just sad to say that this is not well known fighter at 160 lbs because Jermall Charlo has dominated his division for so long.

Nevertheless he will be fighting Canelo so I guess the middleweight might be open again and this two boxers are going to get the vacant IBF belt.

What's interesting that i saw on the tale of the tape is that the "pro-boxing rounds" is almost even despite the disparity of their matches, i mean there's a 10 fight gap between the two, that's because Falcao got more knockouts but the thing is those boxing rounds might play a role and a factor that might work on Gualtieri advantage. For now, i will be waiting for more betting options as "Gualtieri by decision" might be juicy.

Gualtieri is not a knockout artist and Falcao will not show respect if Gualtieri does not have the power to hurt him, this is one occasion where one boxer is not popular in the boxing world that's because Gualtieri never fought outside of Germany if he ever wins it he'll have to travel in the boxing capitals like Las Vegas and fought the best in that division, I don't argue with IBF decision to get an unknown fighter for World crowns but this is the heavier division and fighters in that weight category should earn their rights to fight in the world title, like fighting in the US first for elimination.
Anyway, Falcao needs to knock out or totally dominate Gualtieri as the hometown decision will play here if ti lasts 12 rounds.

Yeah that I agree it should be held in the US, let's see if Gualtieri can hold up fighting in a foreign territory, I don't think Gualtieri can hold on to the title for a long time, the Middleweight is one challenging weight category, there are so many great fighters in that division.

This guy is unrated and yet IBF has given him a chance to fight for the world title, this fight did not generate enough interest here because both fighters are unknown in the boxing world.

I haven't heard of these names, and I'm glad I found out about this event late since the fight is already over. I could have bet on Esquiva Falcao because he has a better record, but unfortunately, he lost via unanimous decision. From what I've seen, it seems tough for him. As for the current champion, I don't think he will last on his throne.
