There have been a positive response of the market following the court rulling in favour of Ripple (XRP). The crypto market cap gained as much as 6.5% in the last 24 hours. Truly, we cannot deny the excitement that comes with this among crypto enthusiasts. But are we truly out of the woods? Is this enough fuel to sustain an upward trajectory?

Well, there is still the case against Binance where over 60 other cryptocurrencies are classified as securities ( source: https://cointelegraph.com/news/sec-labels-61-cryptocurrencies-securities-after-binance-suit); Sincerely, I am optimistic that the rulling on XRP will give a direction to those cases and in the end, crypto will win.

Ripple's (XRP) victory over the SEC isn't the end of everything, as you said that there are still many cases of crypto projects that will directly go against the SEC. We don't know what will happen after this to the 60+ projects that are being sued, but at least from this Ripple case we can see that the SEC will most likely lose. I'm really looking forward to where crypto can return to its heyday and dominate the MC like it has been in the last few years.

i dont think ripple case already done, still a way from finish, and no guaranted xrp case closed at win situation, is to easy lol

the next announcment maybe be bad for xrp, but clearly some spark for altcoin bull in general, gaining convidence in many retail investor
