Finally I am getting very close to completing this project, one of the remaining tasks
is to award this error book

As per the original BCB thread this book is to be raffled off between everyone who
purchased a copy.

in the thread, others by PM and everyone will have a ticket each. The BTC blockchain
will decide the winner. Postage covered by me.
