Hey Good People

Can really use some advice here. Before getting spanked and droppping out a couple of years ago (temporarily at least) I threw a thousand bucks in to Kucoin in the form of USDT  Now I've been told I must get it out. I'm not only a newbie but a rusty one.
Since I've just been "re-certified" by Coinbase it appears I can't transfer anything to them although I do have Coinbase Wallet.  If I decide to go that route, they ask which "network" I want to use.  Which one applies to USDT? (I don't mind Eth if not too crazy)

Is there an easier way of getting it to my US bank account? I've seen that you can convert to USD, go through verification and then it's easy to transfer to US Banks, but I don't believe Kucoin will allow me go through the verification process for that purpose.(New York USA)  I've lost enough money through mis-steps in the past.   Any insight would help me out ENORMOUSLY.  Thanks!
