Please help me set up my old antminer s9 13.5t

I found old antminer s9 and I tried to connected it to binance pool
in instruction is in must happens in 10 minutes but it wasn't so
I don't know what to do also I add pictures from asic admin panel
if you know why all parameters = 0 please explain me
if you know why what to do, please tell me

I also get WARNING! FAN ERROR! But I don't know what does it mean.

Flashing the unit with Braiins firmware can bypass the fan issue but we don't know if it's only a software or a hardware issue.

Why not try to flash the unit first with stock firmware if the fan error stays the same you should replace the broken fan because ignoring the fan issue by using Braiins OS may lead to overheating issues. So you must replace them if the fan is broken.
