Hello! Thank you for your interest! Could you please send the estimated turnover via private message so our team can evaluate the offer? Best regards! Hey there! I checked out your fee tiers — looks decent, but I’m wondering how flexible those rates actually are? Right now I’m using Cryptomus. They give me 0.4% flat, no internal swap fees, and zero gas costs on conversions inside their system. Can you beat that, or is your gas always on the client? I’m open to switching if the offer makes sense. Impress me

Hello! Thank you for your interest! Could you please send the estimated turnover via private message so our team can evaluate the offer? Best regards!
I respect the intention to be flexible and compromise to get closer to the client, but why does it have to go that way? As 'anonymous' in this industry, you would have to offer something more than what well-known competitors offer. All those who do not see the posts here do not know that there is a possibility of customizing your offer, and all these are lost potential clients.

Hello! The main reason we ask for a private message is because most users (about 99%) really prefer not to share financial details in public. We want to respect that and keep things comfortable for everyone. Best regards! P.S. We’re planning a fee update next week. Fees will be reduced for new clients. More info will be available next week. Hello! Thank you for your interest! Could you please send the estimated turnover via private message so our team can evaluate the offer? Best regards!

🚀 Big News from Finassets! We’ve just implemented our new TRON Energy Saving System 💡 This upgrade allows businesses to save 50%+ on transaction fees when sending USDT TRC20. How it works:✅ Finassets uses pre-reserved Energy (on TRON) to cover most network costs ✅ Clients only pay a minimal fee ✅ On average, transactions are more than twice as cheap compared to standard transfers ✅ Every client receives a transparent report showing their exact savings 📊 Key MetricsTRX Price: $0.3503 Average Saving per Transaction: 10.49 TRX (~$3.68) 💰 Client Savings Examples:- 10 transactions → 104.94 TRX ($36.76) saved - 100 transactions → 1,049.38 TRX ($367.63) saved - 1,000 transactions → 10,493.82 TRX ($3,676.26) saved Conclusion: With our Energy Fee model (5.1 TRX per 65,000 Energy), clients save on average 10.5 TRX (~$3.68) per transaction. At scale, this results in substantial savings – up to $3,600+ on 1,000 transactions. Note: Calculations are based on the average TRON energy cost (5.1 TRX per 65,000 Energy) at the date of this press release. Actual savings may vary depending on daily market rates. This makes Finassets one of the most cost-efficient crypto payment gateways, especially for high-volume businesses. 👉 More: https://www.finassets.io P.S. 3) Our client confidentiality policy does not allow us to disclose our full client list. A few clients who agreed to be publicly listed are shown on our website, if you checked our site, you should have seen them.
4) Regarding KYC requirements — we follow standard compliance procedures and only request the information necessary for each case. Our approach is balanced and tailored, depending on the specific use case and regulatory requirements in each sector. We do not ask for more than what is needed. P.S. In today’s world, having a proper KYC process is a plus, not a minus.
I was also shocked to see the numbers but seriously if you can't name those projects using your gateway, then how will you market yourself, because if you have some good clients and platforms and if they have more then 500k visitors per month, then the volume must in millions or more, then such platforms should tell openly their payment system and mostly many platforms I have used, they all mention their gateways for trust and confidence. This can create lack of confidence among new users to adopt this, like maybe you are channeling wrong funds, maybe the platforms using your services claiming they are using some famous gateway service with higher fee but in reality they are using you with lower fee, or you don't have any such big clients, I am not accusing you but these are the basic thoughts comes to mind after reading your ann till now.

Hello! Thank you for your comment. Several platforms agreed to provide public feedback, which we have added to the main page under testimonials. However, most businesses prefer to keep financial information confidential. This is fully understandable, as the less payment-related information is available to hackers and competitors, the more secure and stable the business remains. Sharing details about payment instruments increases the potential risk level for businesses. 3) Our client confidentiality policy does not allow us to disclose our full client list. I just checked buysellvoucher site and they are actually using your platform and that site is not a small one, they have the same visitors as bitcointalk have this month and to be honest that single website is enough to convince me the authenticity and portfolio of finassets, I am surprised and apologize for the doubtful words before. I did not confirmed before but just now I confirmed on the site and they even have mentioned you in their article https://www.buysellvouchers.com/en/news/article/1141/gift-card-arbitrage/Did you shared this here? I think such news should be shared openly and I agree that if we share too much payment related information openly then hackers can know more.

Yeah yeah you should share it because now a days marketing is very easy via video ads and other funny contents. I don't usually spend much time on Internet due to the time availability but I saw some ads where they first show a very interesting movie part and then smoothly merge the end with their product. My main point is, marketing and highlighting your successful partners can bring more partners although the transparency part where you said hackers would know more. That part you have to cover by increasing the security and I trust you guys fully now. You should change the testimonials on the website and provide some links to them so that anyone can see them on your customer's site openly.
