No, the manufacturer is NOT located in Beijing, that's only the headquarters "office", there is another company called Shenzhen Century Cloud Core Technologies Limited which runs under Bitmain (it manufactures the mining gears ) and is located in Shenzhen (2,000 KM away from Beijing).

Bitmain also manufactures the same ASIC miners in another factory located in Malaysia.

If you want to buy a large batch of ASICs, then it is better to contact through official websites. Shenzhen is known for its electronics markets in China; there are a lot of intermediaries there who can sell low-quality goods.
