They haven't refunded you your winnings yet? And have they tried to scam you again in some new way? It is really frustrating for a gambler to go through such a situation. Has this casino stopped contacting you about this problem?

If they cut off everything including contact with you, it's very sad and a lesson to other gamblers about how important it is to always be careful.

It's a shame that some of people commenting here don't see punt.com's fault in this situation,

1. They allowed me to register from a Lithuanian IP address (the day after I won, Lithuanian IP addresses were blocked, this was not the case before I won!)

2. They allowed me to make deposits/withdrawals

3. They communicated with me via live chat, checked my account because I had problems already with the first withdrawls (and they really saw my geolocation)

From punt.com administration 0 communication. They don't answer questions to me and to others, they don't reply to letters, they just ignore..

Many casinos banned in my country also allow me to register in their casino, after checking their T&C realize that casino is banned in my country. That means if I gamble in that casino I should know in advance that I may face a lot of problems in the future, and if I am asked to do KYC I cannot pass it. The same problem happened in your case, if you want to get out of this problem, only that particular casino can get you out. So other members are not able to help you so they are commenting like this. Here they are not wrong.

They removed over $7k from my winnings by injecting free spin bonuses on my account without my consent. This was done to restrict my winnings to $100 max payout & it was done during the same time I was actively winning over $12k on their slots. I followed their terms and had intentionally made a deposit with a match bonus that did not have a cash out restriction like some of the other bonus offers that usually over 100% match…  anyway, I’ll be following up in more detail & with documented proof that it was impossible for me to request free spins as they tried to claim. People need to know how crooked & shady these people are when it comes to fair vs scum.

Now you are trying to force them to pay you something. How ethical is it! You don't have any valid accusation against them. The mistake was done by you as you ignored their terms. Your total deposits were 6.5k USDT, and you have withdrawn 10.8k USDT in total from your account. So, Punt.com doesn't owe anything to you. If you really think that the mistake wasn't from your side then complaint to their license authority.

As my last post stated, as annoying as it is, Punt did not scam you. You breached their ToS and it's within their right to take the action they took against your account. What you offered here is borderline coercing them, I'll advise you to refrain from it.

The casino is required to disable registration/login and deposit for customers out of their legal redistriction. But ofcourse they don't.

from the looks of it, the gambling site actually disables/restricts access or being able to register from countries that are on their prohibited list. that being said, the OP also claims that punt.com only started showing those restriction notifications after he won the huge amount of money, quite hard to tell who is lying or not but one thing is for sure here, is that OP broke the gambling site's Terms and Conditions.

Well, legally OP could not do anything in this case, because he registered on this casino from a prohibited location and the casino has all the rights to disbale his account and not let him withdraw becasue he is violating the terms or service.

My only concern is why he was allowed to make an account from that location. When any try to register at punt, they should monitor his IP address and deny to create the account because he or she is trying to create an account from a location which is not allowed by the site. Allowing to make an account, deposit the money, and keep him playing at the site means either that the site doesn't care who is playing and depositing and only take action if anyone win bigs amount or there may be that his account come to thier notice once he had won somehting big
