Thanks for sharing, it's why I don't feel bad about the Bitcoin transaction fee anymore, I was at a point in time because I believe we keep having new adopters in the space and this can just turn them off.

But if Miners are happy then it's worth it, after all Bitcoin existence is not only about payment solution, it's also a good store of value, it can be treated as your digital gold and sooner or later Bitcoin will beat Gold.

It's a matter of choice, which one will you prefer to go for? Miners getting well paid and encourage to keep running their miners to make transaction on Bitcoin Network ongoing or cheaper transaction fee with miners not making profits? I choose to go with the first.

miners(asics) dont care about transaction numbers or blocksizes.. it doesnt affect the ASICS hashwork
owners of asics only care about total fee per block

anyone suggesting less people should transact onchain, but fee's should go up causing more cases of less transactions snowball are idiots that dont care about bitcoin longevity.
heck if there are less transactions onchain but super high fee's even real bitcoin asic owners will get annoyed that they cant move their dust regularly due to the onchain individual fee being higher then X weeks of reward earnings per asic

the economic solution is not less transactions onchain and super high fee's per transaction.. but instead more transactions of less fees individually which still will total more fees combined per block
(logic, math, economics always beats idiots that want bitcoin to fail so they can promote their altcoin/subnetwork as the masterplan everyone should move to)

economic solution is not to subsidise rewards by super high fee per transaction.. but instead the market spot price increase helps  increase asic owners fiat costs

But for now you can’t blame me for been furious for spending close to $5 to send a $10 worth of bitcoin. That’s why many are of the opinion that bitcoin shouldn’t be used for micro or smaller transactions

Spending such high amount for a small transaction will make one very furious and wouldn’t want to keep their bitcoin in decentralised wallets which is still the best for security and ownership of funds. The transaction fees is very high for a while now and people keep making transactions without minding how much they will spend to get their transactions processed.

This is really affecting some set of people, those that have little bitcoin in their wallets and want to send out or pay for services. No one will be comfortable to pay 50% of the money they’re transacting as gas fees, it is just not making sense. How long will this continue and when will it come to an end, it can even be considerable if all bitcoins are already mined and there are no more to be mined by miners.

You can donate all of your coins to the miners by intentionally overpaid the fees when you send your coins. Cheesy
Maybe some of it soon  Grin, but is there any specific place where you can donate Bitcoin to miners? I believe that there are people out there who really like it.

Quote
I think if the miners are still exist, it means there's nothing wrong with their financial because why they need to mine new coin or validating a new block if they're not making any profit?
Miners really exist because transactions won't be confirmed without them. Honestly, miners are still making profit but if we go back to the time where Bitcoin is not so popular as today, where there's only few miners, mining really worth it. Maybe they find mining Bitcoin today is not worth it because of that. The time to cover the costs of the mining equipment is much longer this days.

We are now experiencing Bitcoin network congestion, which means that the transaction cost is very high. Others may be upset, but it is really beneficial to our Bitcoin miners. We cannot send Bitcoins to other wallets if there are no miners.

Miners are doing their jobs, they have in the past also laid down some good examples, work and efforts that had made them deserve what they are getting now for transactions fees, there use to be both off period and peak periods for anything we are doing.

Bitcoin miners are an important component of the Bitcoin ecosystem, we should love and support them!

Are you sure that you're been genuine with these you're saying, if everyone is after the progress of each miners then we should know that this is one of the avenue that makes them go more profitable.

This is not "charity," it is a business/invest and everyone receives their corresponding share, the rate to pay is what corresponds, sometimes 1sat/vB other times it is 300sat/vB, then the reality is that it should be a win-win, then, no one should benefit more or less, which is what happens under the influence of ordinals, but if it is organic, welcome.

Hence, we cannot get complacent with situations that should not be happening. So, long live the miners, also those who generate the Txs, they need each other.

during the same 2016 blocks of equal difficulty
asic miners DO NOT work 2000x harder if a block has 2000tx compared to a block of 1 tx
asic miners DO NOT work 10,000x harder if a block has 3.5mb compared to a block of 350byte

miners work is not conditional on transaction count or bytes of transactions
