Not Manchester City, but UEFA, we all know the quality in Europe is better than other continents, therefore it is normal to see Manchester City win against Fluminense. BTW, regarding the FIFA Club World Cup, do you have a record of winners from other continents besides Europe? because I've looked for it on SofaScore and it's only up to 2008 with all the winners being from UEFA .

I really wonder if any team from another continent has won this competition.

If we consider only FIFA officials, 4 times teams from outside Europe have won the tournament, and all 4 times they were Brazilians, including my team Corinthians

After 2012 only Europeans won the cup

I can't assume to predict this buttress on their statistical histories because games could be shuffly baffling to be determined.
This is just going to be determined by the performances of the both teams but yeah, if I must make a guess then I have to be biased simply by my well wishes to one of my fansing team amongst them.
So, I would simply go for Fluminense to win.
