Hello, I was browsing this section and it was very interesting to me that about 80% of the requests were form newbie users without any collateral, this makes the time of users who are looking to lend money wasted here. I want to ask from moderators and admins don't let newbie users or low rank users have to access to this section of marketplace.

Main problem is not their status but it's their status + the fact they ask for no collateral loan.
If a newbie asks for a loan providing a valid collateral I'm sure they will get their loan just like everyone else.

I agree with you but if you check their posts they don't have anything as a collateral at least this thing is what i find out in posts that i checked

The members who are in lending business they will make sure to secure their investment so in my opinion there are no need for disabling the board for newbie or low rank users. A low rank use who have collateral, he or she may miss his chance when the board is restricted.

All campaign managers already ignore the board though, although we are discussing about newbies here :-D

I am not so sure this part of the forum actually has more spammers than anywhere else here.  But even supposing it did, I do not think limiting who can access this section is the right way to go, and  the whole point of this place is that it is free and open to all on equal footing.  So keeping some folks out amounts to unfair discrimination in my book.
