Version 4.5.2, macOS 12.7.3 Monterey

This is second time I found unpaid invoiced within Send area of Electrum. See screenshots. Small amounts but anyway I'm absolutely sure I did not create these invoices.
Who knows what's that?

Instead to click on 'pay', the person (which I think it is you) clicked on 'save'. This can be used to later send the coin, like maybe as a reminder once you check the send tab. Can can right click on the unpaid transaction and click on pay to send the coins.

Like I said, if you right click on the unpaid transaction, you will see 'pay' which will direct you to click on ok to make the payment. Or you can just cancel it.

If you think you are not the one that created the unpaid transaction, it is better you move your coins to another address generated on another wallet with a new seed phrase.

But I think it is you that make that transaction because it is easy to know that pay means to send the coin and the coin would have been stolen if your wallet is truly compromised. I may be wrong.

Either the above or the correct password isn't provided, both will result with unpaid invoice.

But since you've mentioned that you didn't created those;
Have you at least tried pay the indicated address but failed to type the correct password or left it blank?

If not, someone has direct/remote access to your machine but (fortunately) do not know your wallet's password.
If yes, that's normal as I've explained.

I don't think someone has access to your wallet. If they did, they would empty it. If they don't know the password, as nc50lc mentioned, they would still have tried to steal all of your coins instead of only a little bit. I don't know how much your Electrum wallet holds, but I am thinking it's more than 0.00007 BTC because you mentioned yourself that the invoices are for small amounts. Delete the saved invoices, and your old balance will surely return. After that, make sure you broadcast the transactions properly instead of saving them.
