Sometimes we humans we use the body to work as if their is no tomorrow, we work as if to make all the money in the world . People needs to understand that the body is not a machine, even a machine breakdown when it used more than it limit. Human stress their body so much and when they are down they will want to take drug to strengthen the body to continue work again. Taking drugs to over use the body to work is a way of destroying the body.
They often tell us to work hard and when we yield to their advice and work as hard as they want, they still blame us for working too hard. Surprisingly, we work very hard and give ourselves little time to enjoy what we are working very hard for. It's high time we let go of that mentality of working hard and start advising ourselves to work smart instead because that is the only way we can remain sane, fit and healthy.
Working smart will allow us find a balance between our jobs, families and ourselves. Working smart provides the most efficient but easy way of getting jobs done on time with high quality without you getting to break your back. It's high time we begin to teach our kids how to work smart. We need to get used to saying "work smart" instead of saying "work hard. Life has no duplicate, we must try to remain fit and healthy while trying hard to put food on the table.
