new HWI 3.0.0 for all compatible hw wallets released!

yesterday achow101 announced the new version of the Hardware wallet interface (HWI). in the new 3.0.0 version, emulators are no longer enumerated or autodetected unless the --emulators option is specified.
the version is of course available for all common os and can be downloaded under the github link
python 3 is required to enjoy the benefits of hwi. you can find the individual installation commands under the link also listed below
