Well, unlucky I would say. I such cases, when you double check with support, always make screenshots/videos of the conversation so that in the future, if problems arise, you have proof of the information you were given.
Without that it's basically your word against theirs, and you always lose. I also don't understand why you would keep using them again if you say they are scamming, doesn't make any sense to be honest!
Yeah it doesn't make sense really to repeat the same mistake multiple times, when the ops already experienced his account blockage the first time he should have chosen another casino since he moved to a gambling allowed state instead using stake that previously held his funds due to regional restrictions.
Honestly cases like this always comes up, and almost all casinos does that as long as their are centralised casino with some countries restricted, and if anyone is using VPN to access such casino, with the consent of a support team, he or she should always keep evidence on the activities and conversations on such account, because some times the support team may be acting against security teams in the sense that support may tell the player that using VPN is allowed whereas the security team will act as on the lay down rules that block any account from restricted area most especially when there is a big winning.
