I have read through, and I don't want to join the existence drama going on because I believe any human or organisation has the right to existence. I also checked the website and it is a cool one to say as the UI looks simple and friendly but I was curios to hear from OP about their customer care service representative on your website because that is a major aspect prospective players look into for any game site or casino so they can e able to communicate for help or inquiries. Lastly, I could not see any ToS on the website for a disclaimer, because that would help you play safe if anything happens, so that before a player plays, they already agree to sign up for it, agreeing to it, and you will be safe to operate irrespective of whatever happens as the case may be.

That's the hard part, the one who made the rules themselves will also break them and not follow them, it seems shameful even like that, who would trust them if that's what they did there.
