Sorry to say but your money is gone, and you even trying to look for a way to get it back will expose you to another possible scam, it's true that some reviews are good for what ever website that promised to get your lost fund back but seriously, aren't you aware that reviews online are not always real?

To confuse people like you, that's why those reviews look so damn good, what you don't know is that some people are paid to write good reviews about the scam platform to deceive innocent people.

If I were you I would just move on and learn from my mistake, and make sure it never happen again, next time you should ask questions on here before doing anything, you are here now, so don't hesitate to ask questions before funding anything or using any platform.

You have been scammed and you should avoid using such service because almost all services like that wre scam even if you see a good review. The website that give the review may also be part of the service. As for the funds that you have deposited, you don't have a chance of getting it back unless they send it back to your wallet. For me, trusting someone with the wallet even if you can't access (wanted to recover the wallet) it is already compromised and it's better not to use it anymore if ever the wallet is recovered.

Sorry for the OP lose, he's been scammed, his fund is lost and that's the sad reality, and he should be very careful if he still wants to go ahead to recover his lose, because he might end up being scammed again and losing more money in the process, as he has reported to the authority about the scam it's best now to learn from the very painful experience and move on. Let him understand that he shouldn't trust anybody or entity on the social media, and he needs to carry out thorough research before deciding whether to commit his money or not, also to be weary of clicking unverified links because they might lead to phishing sites. The crypto space is sadly full of scams and hacks so intending investors in any project must be very vigilant to avoid being victims.

You have already made a mistake and your money seems to have gone, don'take more nasty behavior that could add to your incidence by trusting in any third service providers that promise recovery of your funds, there's no how they can do that, they are just looking for means for an extortion through such medium, because you will pay them for the service they will achieve nothing on, so why wasting your time, about what you saw online concerning trust pilot and the likes of o line reviews, they can manipulate all, transactions are irreversible, and lost funds are irrecoverable.
Funds are very much recoverable, banks have a very strong database that can trace information back even possibly to their origin. Their unwillingness to help you is a testimony of your public standing. Convince me that if OP is very wealthy and an important client of them and got scammed, that they will not swing into action and help recover the funds so as to be in his good books.
Were the same FBI not the ones that tracked down CZ of  Binance and his activities against regulation?. They did so because of their interests.
Some exchanges that were hacked previously, whom have records of funds recovery,  various authorities and organizations cooperated with their recovery team and got back their funds. A little example is Hushpuppi who scammed a quatri businessman of millions of dollars, he was tracked by FBI and wired funds recovered.

I believe the reason why they are reluctant to trouble themselves with assisting  OP is simply because they're not getting anything in return and Op is just a commoner.

Your information is very similar to another user's information on both this forum and the altcoin forum.
You say you Googled this site, but the first search brings me to a post that says it's a scam, posted in the summer of 2023 and again in October.
https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=310719.0

I'm inclined to think that all the accounts are yours; why is there old information here?
What do you want to achieve?

4.  The best approach is to learn from this and move forward. Forget about it and take it as a learning experience.

The smartest conclusion Smiley

I remember a nearly identical post from June 2023.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5457549.0

I have the same suspicion that that David92506 account also belongs to this user. Their usernames both follow the same syntax of generic name followed by several numbers.

While doing a google search for "webultradingbot" I came across a GitHub account with the username Jake0303, same username syntax as these newbie accounts. Perhaps these posts are some kind of black hat SEO marketing strategy to promote his bot, otherwise I don't understand the purpose of creating these similar topics.

WHAT I'VE LEARNED
1.  Eddie Moon, the YouTube influencer who advised me to deposit funds into webulltradingbot.com, might be unaware that it's a scam site. He might only be getting a commission on the deposits.
Don't use the influencers or content creators as basis of trust. Because they don't even use the platforms that they're advertising and they're sponsored for giving exposure these projects or services that appears on their videos.

Most of them don't even research on the actual background of these platforms. What matters to them is to make a content, upload it on their channel, get paid with the views.

And also, get paid if there are sponsorships or brand deals that they have. They won't even care if the platform is a scam or they didn't spot on it for the first time or haven't seen the red flags upon advertising it.

They only care for the money and that's a fact. You rarely see nowadays content creators that care for their audience.

Begin your thread by how you got scammed because depending on how you got scammed and if you know the people behind it then you're going to have a chance to recover that crypto but with most cases, it's unlikely for you to recover your crypto as most of the scams are done online and most of the scammers are close to anonymous. Also, if it's too good to be true then it probably is, there's people already voicing out that the service is a likely scam, why risk trying it when there's already that big of a red flag? In the future, I suggest that you should be more careful and at the same time make sure that you're not too friendly when you're interacting with people online, being too friendly makes you let your guard down and that's how they social engineer you into thinking that they're trustworthy.

I did file a complaint with my bank's fraud department, and they said it would take up to 4 months to retrieve the funds. They said it's a 20% success rate. After 4 months, they told me they were unsuccessful.
Sorry to hear your experience, this is why centralized entity can't be trusted.

Even though you've make a report and the scammer is identifiable because he's a Youtuber, but they don't want to proceed it even they can work together with banks to obtain his personal information.

Since you mention "cryptocurrency" I assume it's altcoins aka centralized crypto, actually the developer able to revert the transaction.

Thank you for your input. I've decided not to use Payback.ltd, as well as any other crypto services, based on the feedback I got from this bitcoin forum.
It was a wise decision not to use the services of the mentioned site because they will take advantage, especially when they find out that you are new to the cryptocurrency space. However, the experience and evidence you shared are helpful for others to avoid falling into similar pitfalls. Although it's disappointing that no significant action has been taken yet. Surely, you are aware of the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, where being irreversible makes it challenging to recover funds once they are sent.

I've got little to no experience on this kind of matters, but I sure say you should be careful next time and try to avoid most online wallet payment system, most if them are scam that's why they chose that form of payment that makes it difficult to trace and Is irreversible. Sorry for your bad experience. But thanks for the heads up at least we all know one more site to be careful about

I researched various crypto recovery services and found only one legitimate service, Payback.ltd, according to both Trustpilot and Sitejabber. Although there have been complaints that this site is a scam organization, there have been way more positive reviews than negative ones.

I made a mistake by depositing money on a cryptocurrency site called webulltradingbot.com.

QUESTIONS
Is it possible for a cryptocurrency recovery service to extract funds from this website?
Has anyone used Payback.ltd and if so, what has your experience been?

You went from first scam only to be scam the second time, damn but you are not giving us all the information and what led to the second scam.

You didn't specify what happen to the first scam. Did you loss your private key? Did you loss or send money to a wrong wallet? Did you send money to random person address and run with your money? Did you loss access to your seed phrase?  If this what happened, then you have no business to contact any person for help because your access to that coin is gone, nobody can save you when loss access to all the above questions.

Never send coin to any person to recover money or loss coins for you, it will end in another typical scam that you will regret later. It's better to live the case or at most, kindly report the case to a security agency if big money is involved and you know that it's a person you can get through them like maybe exchange situation but if it's an external wallet to external wallet, the chance of getting it back is very slim. Hard luck but next, do a proper research or ask questions here to clean your mind.

None of us are going to believe someone who just created an account to spam their fake recovery service in such an obvious way [feel free to prove me wrong with valid proof]!

https://postimg.cc/xc9FD30S

From my observations and analysis, Payback is not a typical,
short-lived recovery room as some have suggested. On the whole, their strategy
seems well-defined (clear stages), appropriately informed (based on case
studies and past results), and realistically ambitious, especially if you
consider the absence of sound alternatives and are willing to undertake a
calculated risk. It’s true that they don’t flesh out their processes in great
detail on their website, however, I suspect it has to do more with competitive
business considerations than lack of transparency.
