Getting profit shouldn't be all we are waiting for but also learning from the market events.

Really? What are we to wait for, if not that(profits)? The crypto market is not a friendly place you can say, let me hodl my crypto coins forever, nothing will happen to it via a price decline. The price volatility is uncontrollable, it can have your crypto assets messed up to losses. Would you like to experience that? I think, no cos nobody would like to.

Profits from our crypto investment are what everyone is silently waiting for, we are looking forward to that "next year" cos we really to take advantage of it. Had it been there's nothing like profits(increase and decrease) in crypto, do you think you and I would be here to invest in bitcoin or other top altcoins? You should get it straight that we are all here to make profits from crypto and nothing more again to learn from the crypto market cos it offers nothing more than that.

You are right. Everyone who invests in crypto do so to get profit because we learn in the market to achieve our goals, and everything is profit, so anyone you see who is focused on the crypto market is doing so to learn the market very well so that he knows how he will invest and which coin he will buy so that he can benefit from it when the price rises, so everyone learns the market to profit. If you suggested that someone should learn about the market not only for profit, but also for the benefit of guiding others. What I think about cryptocurrency investments when you invest and lose that means you have not understand the market you invest at the wrong time that means you are still learning but when you starting generating profit that means you have understand the market very well and that is why you are getting profit on it, so i don't see anything to learn again after getting profit in your investment.

Well, there's a saying that Bitcoin investment is not a get-rich-quick scheme or a get-poor scheme. So, if an individual is investing in Bitcoin, they should be aware that volatility is one major character of Bitcoin; even if the price drops, it will definitely surge high again. While some investors also prefer to invest in only altcoins, it should be done smartly because there are some altcoins that will dump and will not rise again, and it could be that they must have pumped before the investors bought them, so an altcoin investor should only invest the amount they can afford to lose and also should be smart enough to know when to sell off and take profit.

With all being said, it's still all about making profits if we're actually hodling for investment the difference motive of bitcoin is the alternative means to execute payments.
It's normal for investors being sentiments with the market changes but the truth is that your grieved emotions wouldn't make different to the market price.

The reason why person dey do investments nah because em want to get profits, so as Bitcoin investment dey concern, nah profits nah person wey invest in am still want. But watin I gets to talk be say, when you want profits from Bitcoin investment, make you also know say no be something wey go come quick quick because Bitcoin investment no dey like that, and you go also make sure say you constantly dey invest and accumulate for long term, like 5 to 6 years or 10 years if possible.
For Bitcoin investment, you really need to get enough patience because if you no get patience, when Bitcoin price go reduce you fit go sell your coins out of fear say all your money to loss. So patience nah something wey Bitcoin investors really need, and if I am not mistaken, nah this patience wey some pipo no get nai make them dey go into Bitcoin trading.
However, to dey look market all the time no be my kind of thing as I like am at all because I feel am say most of the times when you dey look am, e no dey motivated mostly when Bitcoin price dey reduce. Although I know know for others but e dey obvious say person wey dey do long term investment no supposed to dey always look the market as sometimes e fit make am not to buy.
Because of these fears wey dey inside some investors mind nai make DCA method be the best method them go use dey buy Bitcoin as DCA method make anybody buy Bitcoin even when price dey high or dey low.

Many of us that have been in the crypto market for sometime, we have come across different seasons in the market which can be increase in price and decrease in price. I just hope our interest in the market is not just only anticipating to make profit in the market, but we should be able to learn from the market and observe the market very well. Observing the market gives good knowledge about the crypto market, knowledge that can help one to stay calm even when the market is going down knowing that it will later come up. With the movement of the market investor needs to understand that crypto profit is not what one needs to rely on.
I urge every beginners to take note of every even that has been happening in the market, it will change the wrong mindset of about cryptocurrency and it will also help one to make good plans for every investment.  Getting profit shouldn't be all we are waiting for but to also learn from the market events .

You're right understanding  the market very well is what every newbies need to know before looking out to invest, investing when you don't even have understand about how the crypto market works is very wrong because if you don't really understand how it works It will be very difficult for you to know the steps to take. Of course as long as crypto investment is concerned there are two things involved and this things are. is either you lose or you gain we always learn from our past experience if it's a good one we will pray to happen again, but if it's bad experience then we have to make corrections that's how it is.

From what I understand about observing the market it means not investing or taking part in the market but staying out and figuring out what is really happening around the market.

If that is what you are taking about then I don't agree whit that, I prefer to be part of the market and learn than observing the market.
It's good to learn but for me learning comes from experience and experience comes from practicality which means I will have to be part of the market already.

If I learn from others experience i will definitely not need to observe before I go into it but I will depend on my experience and the experience shared by others too.

@Bryan Jessy for us to maximise our profits that's why we need to learn and observe the market margins. Do not rush to sell or buy until you set your profile or lose spot. Before investing in Bitcoin one should know the market by itself, learn from successful traders, who's willing to teach you to be successful before investing,  don't let third party to manage it for you. It's happens to me, I invested $200 in 2020 in Shiba coin, when I have no idea about it, someone introduced it to me, he managed the coin, till date I don't know how I lost the money, he told me Shiba lost value because of bitcoin fall in 2020. I have to accept it.  Till date no income from the $200 investment. Whenever I asked him he keep giving excuses, so I let it go, today I have little knowledge about cryptocurrencies and no one will cheat me again.
